As you can see the renovation also includes a games room and bar area, for the ultimate at-home playground.

The client loves entertaining and home theatre, and wanted to combine both elements in his dream home. Our team worked closely with the project builders and tradies to make this project a reality. We also specced the project based on the client’s budget, and were able to incorporate some of the very best AV components, including:

• A custom 130” acoustically transparent screen.
• Yamaha’s AVENTAGE RX-A2080 9.2-channel home theater receiver which features Wi-Fi® and Bluetooth® – for support of streaming services like Spotify®, TIDAL and Pandora®, as well as Apple® AirPlay®.
• The RTI XP6 control processor which offers unmatched value and performance, to put powerful command of all the clients installed electronic devices at their fingertips.

• RTI XP6 Control processor
• Apple TV
• Foxtel IQ4
• Yamaha RNA602 Stereo amplifier.
• Jamo In wall 1060 Subwoofer driven by Niles Audio SI-250
• Sonos connect x 2 (Theatre and Nightclub), Sonos amp for outdoor area
• Klipsch Commercial Range CA-650T nightclub speakers
• LED step lighting on side steps
• Building of rear step up 4000 mm wide x 1800 mm deep with full width step across
