This project was a fairly small job by our standards – and we didn’t supply any AV components, but nevertheless the customer is stoked with the final outcome. We are publishing it to show the diversity of jobs we take on, and what our team of installers are capable of!
This client had an existing opening in his wall and wanted it blocked in, and the TV installed on this new surface. We opted to create a recessed space in the opening into which we hung the TV. This means it sits flush which makes it look more sleek, streamlined and unobtrusive.
For this installation our team went to work and:
- Blocked in the wall, with a timber frame and sheeting, after which it was plastered, colour -matched and painted
- Installed the TV on a flat bracket
- We also installed a powerpoint, network and TV point in the wall
This also means any renovation works we do take into account the number and location of power points and TV/network points in advance, so you are not left scratching your head after the installation has taken place.
