IF THE CUSTOMER’S PREFERRED TIME SLOT IS BOOKED OUT, PLEASE JUST BOOK IT IN AND ADD NOTES INTO DESCRIPTION WITH DETAILS OF BEST TIME SUITED AND WE WILL CALL THE CUSTOMER TO ORGANISE THE BEST SUITED TIME.
Booking’s before 2pm will be able to receive next day service if the availability is there. Bookings after 2pm, please call a member of staff on the contact number to make sure we can service the customer, even if there is availability.
When you book in the time, please take note and let the customer know there is a 2 hour lead time. So if you book in an install at 2pm, we will be there to carry out the install between 2-4pm.
Please remember to give a 24 hour lead time for our techs.
